One Global Client Vision
Our Relationship Management Team consists of results driven relationship managers who are responsible for ensuring consistency of delivery, regular feedback on market intelligence, cross selling of all Carrington Fox services. They will be able to assist in any matters from providing hiring advice to contractual issues throughout the process, with the ability to provide regular reporting, maintain best practices and campaign status updates.

Global Research and Relationship Management Teams
Whilst supporting the market coverage and networking of our Consultancy Business Lines, Carrington Fox’s Global Research Team also works closely with the GCS Team to supply our clients with a range of intelligence services on the relevant markets that ensures a truly value added service, which will include;
- Salary surveys and market maps – structural competitor analysis and profiled candidates
- Review on the state of the relevant market for specific hiring managers/teams
- Advice on hiring plans and those of the market competitors
- Detailed strengths/weaknesses of other platforms
- People moves and feedback on specific market perception
